Summertime, Etsy and more!
With Summertime now here, we have been busy setting up more on our etsy shop whilst taking our four legged friends for some lovely scenic walks!
Our latest new find was Fernworthy Reservoir, near Chagford in South Devon. Based in the heart of Dartmoor National Park, its a lovely place to take your dogs. The walk is fairly flat so not too intense if you are after a more steady walk. The views are absolutely stunning but be careful walking around. You can take your dogs off lead but should be aware and respectful of the sheep and be prepared to put them back on lead if you are to come across these fluffy friends.
When I'm not taking the mascots on their walk, Etsy and Facebook has been a port of call in the last couple of weeks. With the dreaded c-word (Christmas!?!) now becoming the next big event, I have been trying to make a plan of action and decided to make some changes. The website will become a new home to a more selective range of handmade products that I have been working on very hard to create. I am very excited about these new designs and keeping these very hush hush until they are perfect.
With the decision to create a more specialised range on our website, came the idea to make a bigger effort on etsy. I decided it would be a great idea to utilise the powers of Etsy to design and make a range of jewellery that is affordable but still unique to us. Perfect for people who want to have a wonderful handmade jewellery experience. This includes some lovely gemstone beaded jewellery with a little twist.
And to conclude, I have also set up a facebook shop with a secure checkout for peace of mind. The facebook page will be home to some exclusive offers and special sales for those handmade items that need to find themselves a new home, so don't forget to come along and take a look. The first special sale will be the Friday 7th July!
Happy Summer everyone and I hope your getting to enjoy the rather fabulous weather we have all had! x
