​How do I

place an order?

For website orders please use the cart option provided. For Bespoke orders, an initial consultation is best (via email, telephone or face to face in the studio.Whichever is best to accommodate yourselves). Bespoke work will require a 50% deposit upfront and then 50% on completion. Consultation will always be made throughout the process to make sure you are happy with the way things are going. 



& Shipping

Payment is made using secure gateways such as paypal checkout. Checkout as a guest or through your own paypal account. All work is made to order so please allow between 3-4weeks depending on how busy we are, for shipment. If you wish to have the work sooner please contact us and we will always try our best to help you. 

All shipping in the UK is sent via Special Delivery through Royal Mail.

Bespoke work will be invoiced through email with a link to pay via Paypal for extra security. Payments can also be made via BACS transfer if needed. Invoices can also be posted on request.




Please retain your invoice as I will require your invoice details before dealing with any query.

Every care is taken when packaging my jewellery but if it should arrive to you damaged please let me know by email within 48 hours of receipt.

If for any reason you are not happy with your goods again you must let me know within 48 hours of receipt.

If goods are to be returned I will email you the return address and all goods have to be returned in their box recorded delivery within 7 days of receiving the return address.

All returns have to be sent recorded delivery and I do not accept liability for items lost or damaged in the post. Items are the customer's responsibility until they are received.

All goods must be returned to the return address sent to you. I do not take any responsibility for incorrect addresses.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of postage on exchanged goods

If the goods are returned due to a fault the postage will be refunded to you.

There are no returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

There are no returns or exchanges on pieces of jewellery that have been altered to customers requirements.
